Echelon provides claims and incident management services to a wide variety of organisations, including local authorities, transport operations, insurance companies and commercial businesses.

Their service is tailored to meet the individually agreed requirements of each of their clients. Their procedures, service standards and authority levels are documented for each client and their performance is constantly monitored against these.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

Report the claim to Echelon. This can be done by:-

1. Phoning Echelon on 0800 00 41 43.
2. Downloading the appropriate claim form and forwarding the completed form to Echelon by either fax, email or post.

Please Note: Motor vehicle repairs over $1,500 will require an assessor.
